More than 200 communications shops across IU use the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage communications and campaigns across their various constituencies. They’ve leveraged over 52M email sends, 2.7k structured campaigns, and 13M campaign members to effectively communicate IU’s vision around the world. These interactions are also recorded on individual IU constituent records for future knowledge and nurturing: around 80 percent of these units use Salesforce CRM in addition to Marketing Cloud.
This represented a small foundational start to using Salesforce to power IU CRM. More than 270 instances of mass email distribution services have been consolidated, with only a few more to absorb with accompanying setup, orientation, and ongoing support needs.
