CRM Data Integrity Service Center
The CRM Data Integrity Service Center (DISC in short) aligns with the External Organization Relationships (EOR) pillar in IU CRM to support data integration process. The main goal of the DISC team is to ensure EOR data integrity and to provide our users and customers high quality and up-to-date organizational data.
We are responsible for record creation and management, including data integration from external source systems and data requests submitted by external groups or departments. We are also responsible for verifications when account records are created, which includes deduplication and establishing organizational hierarchy. We also provide assistance to customers with reporting in Salesforce.
