Service Transition Notice
The CRM Data Integrity Service Center (DISC) is being retired as part of the IU CRM service transition and will be officially discontinued on July 1.
Until the service turndown is fully completed, questions, requests, and support previously handled by DISC should be directed to crmhelp@iu.edu. The CRM team will continue to assist users and provide guidance during the transition period.
For assistance with organizational records, hierarchy requests, deduplication requests, reporting questions, or other DISC-related inquiries, please contact crmhelp@iu.edu.
