Undergraduate recruitment/admissions: Phase I
IUPUI and the regional campuses have transitioned all legacy recruitment functionality to Salesforce. Additionally, the Office of Online Education uses Salesforce for recruitment. Many campuses have adopted much more functionality in Salesforce than they did with previous systems in just nine months. The CRM currently tracks approximately 430,000 historic and active undergraduate recruiting funnels across IUPUI and the regional campuses. IUPUI and all regional campuses use Salesforce for all recruitment, event management, communications, and 1:1 interaction management.
Functionality includes the following:
- Individual interactions
- Admissions events
- Web forms
- Print documents
- Communication campaigns across IU
Recruitment management captures all suspects (potentials for outreach), prospects, and applicants for fall 2018 with:
- Viewable and actionable records
- Each student's interaction history
