Unauthorized App Restriction

As a part of ongoing efforts to improve platform security, additional configurations and restrictions for third party app integrations will be enhanced and centrally administered.

Salesforce has created a design to achieve improved security while preventing collateral impacts to other systems and platform functionality as a whole. All third-party add-on system integrations with the IU CRM platform must have University Information Security Office (UISO) review and approval, and must be centrally administered by the IU CRM Initiative team. This ensures security, stability, and integrity of the platform.
