Self-paced training courses are available in Canvas for all Enterprise CRM core functionality.
Live Training
The Enterprise CRM team will provide live training via Microsoft Teams for units interested in a hands-on overview of the Enterprise CRM platform. Live trainings cover CRM access and navigation, interaction management with Cases, event and list management with Campaigns, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Convergence Cloud and more. Training can be tailored to the unit’s needs. To request a live training session, contact iucrmba@iu.edu.

Live Training
The Enterprise CRM team hosts live Marketing Cloud training via Microsoft Teams weekly. Attendance at one live training session is required for access to send emails out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. These sessions cover subscriber management, creating send classifications, building and testing emails, and sending emails.

If the available dates/times don’t work for you or your unit, contact iucrmba@iu.edu to schedule an individual training session. Additional training focused on send analytics and approvals is available upon request.

Units adopting the Enterprise CRM receive tailored, unit-specific training as part of the onboarding process.
